1,600 tons of yarn per year Qingdao Heli Fiber was established 13 years ago in June 1998. Our three companies occupy 90,000 square meters and we specialize in manufacturing various elastic yarns, textile machinery and rabbit hair products. Our annual capacity reaches 1,600 tons of textiles.
Our product line includes:
Spandex-covered and double-covered yarn: this yarn uses 20D-1,120D spandex on the inside and 30D-200D nylon on the outside. Different varieties feature viscose, cotton yarn, animal fabric and other filaments.
Latex-covered and double-covered yarn: this yarn uses #23 to #110 latex and the outer yard consists of polyester or other fiber.

Our equipment from Italy includes modern spinning machinery. This way we can make rabbit hair products with the specification of 24s to 80s. Our rabbit hair products' capacity reaches 500 tons per year and these products are antistatic, as well as being shrink- and pilling-resistant.

Our machinery department has the capability to produce high speed cone winders, covered yarn machines and auto-winding molding machines. Our machines are ahead of the competition due to their high performance and highly automated features.
Each product undergoes QC
All of our products are inspected and we adhere to ISO 9001:2000 guidelines. Yarn comes spun onto a paper cone and is packed in a nylon bag before being put into the shipping carton.
